Turkish Flagship students joined a number of other academic departments that taught less-commonly-taught languages, as well as SGIS Student Ambassadors, to share information about Flagship. Student representatives answered questions from interested students about the benefits of Flagship. Interested students were drawn to the colorful scarves and signs that the Turkish Flagship had put on the table. The decorations led them to ask questions about how Turkish culture is seen in Azerbaijan. Flagship students were excited to share how study abroad in Azerbaijan prepared them to be professionally proficient and culturally competent in Turkish and Turkic societies.
